Kayla Rzepa is a recent graduate of the Public Relations program at Mount Royal University, bringing a strong foundation in strategic communication, media relations, and event coordination to her role as Executive Marketing Director for Nourish. Passionate about building meaningful connections and driving brand engagement, Kayla is dedicated to helping purpose-driven organizations tell their stories in impactful ways.

She gained valuable hands-on experience during her work term with Homes by Avi, where she supported a wide range of marketing and communications initiatives. From coordinating high-profile events like groundbreaking ceremonies and media previews to managing website content, signage, and inventory, Kayla quickly became known for her attention to detail and collaborative spirit. 

Now in her leadership role with Nourish, Kayla is excited to apply her skills to amplify the organization’s mission and foster community engagement. Known for her creativity, professionalism, and leadership, she continues to grow as a communications professional ready to make a lasting impact.
