'Strong As A Motha' at CrushCamp

Join us for an experience of energy, learning, and community at CrushCamp in the East Village!

Anna Levy, Twin Mom, BKin.CSEP CPT, Pre and Postnatal Fitness, Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist Level 2, will lead you in a baby-friendly, postnatal strength + cardio interval class specifically designed for new moms to help you rebuild strength, community, and a sense of self in the year following the arrival of your child.

Class modifications can be made for the expecting mother too!

Anna will guide you through a custom-designed workout using the SKILLMILL, bands, weights, and fit decks, with your baby comfortably and safely by your side.

After your workout, Kendra Nickles RN BN IBCLC will be available to tell you all about the support services Nourish Lactation offers and to answer any infant feeding-related questions.

Kendra will provide each mama with a ‘feeding tip card’ and a recipe for Nourish’s delicious and nutritious Lactation Love Bites
